**10 MINUTE LATE GRACE PERIOD AFTER APPOINTMENT START TIME. You will be charged $10 LATE FEE. After 15 minutes, you will be asked to reschedule unless proper communication is giving.

**YOU HAVE A 48 HOUR GRACE PERIOD TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AFTER PROPER CANCELLATION..
